The Challenge

Educating the market on a new problem space

Buyers lacked visibility into AI systems, requiring messaging that explained the problem, created urgency, and highlighted governance and compliance risks.

Cross-functional alignment across multiple teams

Coordinating product, marketing, sales, and CS required aligning internal narratives, launch plans, and sales enablement across teams.

Undefined narrative in an emerging market

AI governance was still emerging, requiring new messaging and positioning informed by research, early adopters, and evolving regulatory frameworks.

The Solution

  • Interviewed 30+ customers, prospects, analysts, and consultants to define the AI governance problem space and validate buyer needs. Insights informed product development, messaging, and positioning.

  • Translated research into the initial messaging and positioning for RexCommand, creating a unified product narrative that evolved through rapid iteration and market feedback.

  • Defined naming for RecordPoint’s first PLG motion and supported pricing and packaging efforts. Built the GTM plan, selected high-performing channels with growth marketing, and managed launch milestones.

  • Developed the full launch bill of materials (BoM) and created a virtual LMS training program for customer-facing teams, supported by live enablement sessions and organization-wide “launch day countdown” communications.

  • Coordinated launch across marketing, public relations, analysts, and sales to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline, while continuing to optimize messaging and campaigns post-launch.
